"Zella Amazing"
Zella was really great answered all my questions sorted all my queries. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Very helpful and communication is very great. He even dealt with an inconvenience from my side.

"Useless Customer Support / Live Chat"
Customer Support / Live Chat is really useless on this website. Poor English, Horrible attitude, and not even helpful at all. I was talking to someone called Nancy on the live chat about an issue that happened with their trader on rocket league because of his lack of communication. She didn't seem to care about finding a solution for the problem and even when she suggested a solution, it didn't make any sense. I just don't understand why the employer of this website hires people with such poor communication skills for their live chat job.

Item delivery takes about an hour. Not instant. Market it as so.
Secondly, the d2 item drop simulator is a joke lol.
They add in all these expensive items. 44 life + skiller charm. I have gotten to #1 spot multiple times, only to seconds later be taken over by 1 point by a random account. You can tell it is their bots as it knows exactly to over take you the moment you reach #1.
Id get 9996, the next 'person' gets 9997.
I get 9984 the next 'person' gets 9985. Rinse and repeat.
Otherwise, they have ton of gear for sale but for sure the marketing has a lot of false flags.
